I help women build strength and structure their nutrition in a way that actually fits their life.

I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, macro coach, and a die-hard advocate for pursuing long-term health over short-term results. 

After years of watching women (and myself) bounce between extremes, I built a different approach--one rooted in structure, sustainability, and building strength for longevity. 

I believe that women deserve to be empowered to steward their health and their bodies well so they can live confidently and age powerfully.
